At The Vintage Wholesale Company, we want you to be fully satisfied with your bulk orders, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items that do not meet our quality grading standards. Please ensure all tags remain attached and items are returned in their original wholesale condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email within 14 days of receiving your shipment, providing your order number and clear photos of any items that do not match the specified grade.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your claim is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific return shipping address for our warehouse.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure efficient processing by our intake team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return to verify the grading discrepancy, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
